Sales Director, United States

Position title: Sales Director
Reporting: VP Sales 
Location(s): Seattle Area, Bay Area, Southern California, Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, Salt Lake City, UT, or Denver, CO

Disruptive Technologies, a leading provider of IoT mini-sensors spanning multiple industry applications, is seeking candidates to help build our sales network in the United States, with emphasis on the West Coast.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Direct touch sales engagement within defined strategic accounts
  • Development of partner ecosystem within the geographical territory definition
  • Selling our solution with and through a partner ecosystem
  • Expanding our presence and support in strategic customer engagements
  • Building a portfolio of new logos in real estate, manufacturing, health services, retail and power grid applications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quota
  • A mentality of doing and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Strong relationship skills through a solid network
  • Willingness to learn, embrace and evangelize the possibilities of IoT
  • Direct touch customer engagement experiencing, providing consultancy, product roadmap and sales support to existing and prospective customers
  • A track record of funnel management and ability to accurately forecast sales revenue
  • A work-hard, play-hard attitude
  • An undergraduate degree within an applicable field and/ or equivalent work experience
