Easy and Intelligent Kitchen Monitoring

Creating value is about understanding problems and solving them in a way that make sense for the client. We help industrial kitchens and food productions to monitor temperature and other legal required registrations easy. It is often a time-consuming task, where the risk of forgetting to log data can have a high impact on their business and their customers. Based on the collected data, we are able to give a helping hand on a daily basis, with data driven decision on everything from power consumption to repair and maintenance of hardware.

Preparing exquisite ingredients requires exquisite tools

We are always looking for ways to enhance the NavVis customer experience and ensure that our products and services are at the cutting edge of technological innovation. Our partnership with Disruptive Technologies combines innovative, highly accurate indoor mapping and visualization with the most promising development in the internet of things. We are truly excited by what has come out of this partnership – by integrating the Disruptive Technologies Sensor Solution into the NavVis IndoorViewer, users will now be able to enhance their indoor mapping experience by accessing real-time data.

Next-Generation Indoor Navigation and Visualization

NavVis develops cutting edge technology that fully digitizes indoor spaces and processes.

Our innovative digital indoor platform is easy-to-use and intuitive to ensure the benefits of digitization are accessible to everyone. Three transformational technological innovations comprise our platform: The M3 Indoor Mapping Trolley, a highly-accurate and easy-to-use indoor mapping and scanning system that facilitates data acquisition in even the most complex indoor spaces; the browser-based IndoorViewer software that brings this data to life by enabling users to access and interact with 3D building models and maps from any device; and the NavVis Indoor Navigation App, a pioneering smartphone application based on machine learning and computer vision that brings highly-accurate and intuitive navigation to indoor spaces, without the need for any additional infrastructure.

NavVis technology is being used by a growing customer base around the world that includes companies like Siemens, BMW, Allianz, SAP and Deutsche Telekom.

Every industry that uses, manages or builds indoor space benefits from digitization. NavVis technology is already increasing efficiency and reducing costs in building documentation, construction planning and monitoring, facility management, plant planning and logistics, transportation hubs, and multi-channel retailing.

The partnership between NavVis and Disruptive Technologies is a ground-breaking development in the digital evolution of indoor spaces. The NavVis digital indoor platform will now be connected to the internet of things through Disruptive Technologies’ sensor technology, creating indoor spaces that are not only interactive but also provide real-time data.

From Preventive to Predictive – Now That is the Question

GK is Scandinavia’s leading technical service partner and contractor. We serve thousands of corporate building owners and facility professionals with technical service of their critical installations such as cooling, electrical equipment, ventilation, security systems and more.

We are truly excited about the new opportunities the increased data access, enabled by the Disruptive Technologies Sensor Solution, gives. We can now more easily analyze the root causes of typical problems, find patterns and carry out service ahead of time to avoid them from happening at all in the future. Our customers will no longer have to worry about unexpected stops or costly repairs. We call it predictive maintenance and believe this is how all technical facility management will be like in the future.

We are proud to be a Disruptive Technologies partner. Together we develop and explore use of sensors in buildings, as a mean to reveal moisture problems, and for better security and safety

COO, NITO Takst Service AS

IoT Sensors in Buildings, to Reveal Moisture Problems and for Better Security and Safety

NITO Takst represents 530 real estate appraisal engineers in Norway. We are part of NITO, The Norwegian Society of Engineers and Technologists, with more than 83.000 members. Our professionals carry out thousands of technical surveyor's reports per year, as preparation for real estate sales or for maintenance planning.

Over time moisture causes damages to the building structure. Moisture also influence on indoor air quality and may develop "sick houses", where it's unhealthy for people to live or work. Moisture problems may be undisclosed for many years.

Other aspects in the technical surveys are security and safety in use, and energy efficiency analyses for end users to save money.

Use of sensors for real time surveillance and metering in dwellings may revolutionize our industry. NITO Takst and our real estate appraisal engineers are developing new IoT services and business models with Disruptive Technologies. We strive at delivering more value added to our customers with DT.

Disruptive Technologies will bring huge benefits to people, businesses and society, and Firstpoint is positioned to be the driving force behind those that want to outpace its competition.
