Frequently Asked QuestionsWe're Here to Help
Disruptive Technologies is committed to do our best to keep the lead time to a minimum. Currently the average lead time is 6-8 weeks. For specific details and urgent needs please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have three options to order:
- Our pilot kit gets you started with 100 sensors. With a minimum order of 1000 sensors you can define your sensor types in batches of 25 and access our volume pricing.
- For detailed information please contact email@example.com.
- For orders beyond 1000 units, our sales team will work with you on volume pricing from your first order through future orders of minimum 500 units.
Extremely large orders may be subject to lead time limitations.
Pricing is determined by your volume required, use cases and project timing. Please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org for detailed pricing information.
After you have ordered - but even before you have received your pilot kit - you will receive login details to our Studio. Within the Studio you will be able to access our sensor emulator. This allows you to add all kinds of sensors in your web browser, click on them to emulate a touch press or even drag a slider to increase the temperature.
If you have already received your login details, you can find step-by-step instructions on how to use the sensor emulator at the Developer Site.
Disruptive’s products have passed all tests required for CE conformance with respect to safety and are marked in compliance with the provisions of the Radio Equipment Directive (RED), Directive 2014/53/EU. Please see our European Declaration of Conformity for the Sensor and the Cloud Connector for more details. The small sensors, containing a battery, should be kept out of reach of children.
Security has been designed into every layer of the Disruptive Technology sensing solution to provide end-to-end security all the way from each individual sensor to the applications processing the data. Learn more about our data privacy and security in our security whitepaper.
We are extremely grateful for responsible security researchers that report vulnerabilities to us. All reports are thoroughly investigated by the engineers at Disruptive Technologies. Our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) is responsible for coordinating and responding to security vulnerabilities. It is the only party that should receive alerts about possible security vulnerabilities in our products.
