Johnson brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in operations, food safety, and digital transformation from Sheetz, where he advanced through quality assurance and FSQA leadership roles. As FSQA Manager, he oversaw enterprise food-safety programs anchored in Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and FDA standards, led facility digitalization initiatives, deployed remote temperature monitoring systems, and partnered with engineering teams to develop AI-enabled accuracy and reconciliation tools. He also supervised manufacturing and distribution audits that consistently earned “Excellent” ratings.
